Alan King

Alan is an Australian filmmaker, actor and artist with a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Victorian College of the Arts. His unique, cutting-edge films have garnered numerous accolades and screened at leading festivals worldwide incl; Clermont Ferrand, Tampere, Moscow, São Paulo and Tallinn Black Nights. Awards include the Special Jury Prize for Innovation in Form at the Brisbane Int'l Film Festival and Best Lead Actor & Screenwriter at the Pollino Int'l Film Festival. Alan recently completed his debut feature 'Beast', a dark experimental comedy, filmed in just seven days, with assistance from Creative Arts Victoria.
