Charlie Bray - Writer, Director.
Charlie is an award-winning director and filmmaker based in London.
He began shooting videos aged 7, using his father’s Hi8 video camera and re-enacting some of his favourite movie scenes with friends, often terribly.
After graduating Cambridge with a degree in languages, he attended film school in London and set his sights on directing.
He cut his teeth as a 'self-shooting' director on corporate work, moving onto second unit camerawork on larger commercial shoots and then directing.
He has shot across many genres but has particular experience in automotive commercial projects and has garnered millions of views online.
His fiction work has screened at festivals internationally and his last two shorts have been picked up by online sci-fi distributor DUST. His most recent project 'Vikaari' won Best Short Film at Screamfest 2020.
Charlie continues to work on science-fiction projects and loves that special blend of spectacle and philosophy that the genre offers.
